Award

Andy Chapman, (QLD) ACAN member wins Encouragement Award from "Debeaut" album - "Everyone's a model". Judges at the hotly contested Australian Gospel Songwriting Awards.

This all took place at the National Gospel Happening in Canberra.

Andy was awarded the Encouragement Award for his blues song "Do You Believe in God?" Andy's been definitely encouraged by the award which comes from his "Debeaut" album "Everyone's A Model" released earlier this year.

Unable to make it to the awards presentation due to a double booking, Andy was hoping to do a live hook up by phone to thank everyone which, unfortunately didn't eventuate. So he thanks the judges, organisers, sponsors of the great event, and album producer and musician Craig Ross.

The fun album is also graced by Steve Apirana's guitar and harmonies, Darran Muller on drums, Steve Larmar and Andy's wife Sharny on BV's and some cool blue's harp by Andy.

Andy's available to play and share the gospel anywhere, anytime to anyone, as long as he's not double booked!
